We collect personal data to be able to subscribe to our periodic newsletters. After you have indicated on the website that you wish to receive our newsletters, we only register the name you provided (optional) and e-mail address (mandatory). This data is only used for sending the newsletter and not sold, passed on or published to third parties. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter.

If you want to use our online tool 'advice request protective clothing', we ask you for the following mandatory personal details: company name, surname, initials, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and function. We also explicitly request permission to pass these data, as part of your request for advice, to our registered manufacturers and suppliers with a suitable product range. They will receive this information to enable you to make an offer for protective clothing that matches the work situation(s) you have specified.
You can always view and change this personal data. You can submit this request by e-mail via info@clearmark.eu. A request for modification lasts a maximum of four weeks.

 

Security of personal data

For the mailing list for the period newsletters, the online data are stored with our hosting partner. In addition, all communication with our website is encrypted via the https protocol.
Personal data in the context of our online tool 'advice request protective clothing' are only stored in our local network. This network is protected against loss, theft and unauthorized use.

 

Storage period

We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the performance of the functionality you request. When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your personal data will be removed from the mailing list immediatly and no later than the end of the following month from the historical overview.
