Parasitical use of our European CE mark by the Chinese symbol "Chinese Export (CE)"

Already in 2007 and 2008 Mrs. Zuzana Roithová (PPE-DE) raised questions in the European Parlement regarding the suspect of the use by China of a symbol with the same looks and shape as our CE mark but with the only difference that de letters C and E are more close to each other.
Later in Juli '08 Zuzana Roithová asked for new legislation and a new European hallmark to avoid these abuses.
By the end of 2008 Mr. Verheugen on behalf of the EC answered that new legisltation and a hallmark are not the way to deal with this but that Europese has to improve market surveillance.
Now a days we from Clearmark state that, depending the type of product, there are still a lot of parasitical export to the EU and that our CE mark is still outlawed by China.
